About
Founder and Director, Christopher Kerr is a NSW Registered Architect, with over 7 years experience working in boutique residential architecture and design practices across Sydney.
Christopher has experience as a project architect in alterations and additions projects and new residential builds, with involvement across all stages of a project from initial client consultation through to construction completion and handover. Christopher works collaboratively with clients, consultants, councils, certifiers and builders to achieve successful built outcomes.
Christopher additionally contributes written work to Houses Magazine Australia, as he values the importance of architectural theory and practice working hand in hand to advance the quality of the built environment around us.
Christopher is the recipient of multiple Australian architecture and design awards.
Services
The scope of services provided will be tailored to your particular brief and budget.
Typical architectural services will include: meetings to discuss and refine your project, development of concept design sketches, preparation of design development drawings and accompanying documentation necessary for Development Application (DA) / Complying Development Certificate (CDC) lodgement and approval.
Post DA/CDC approval we will work to prepare the construction certificate and construction documentation necessary for tendering to builders and to ultimately construct the works.
